Appointment of Consultancy Services – Board and Executive Development Program

Description

Given the challenges facing the Board and the change in Board membership we recognise that we need to ensure the Board and Executive Team need to operate collectively to ensure we deliver. In order to support this we are planning a major development program to commence in October/November 2020. We are seeking a provider with significant experience of building high performing Boards/Executive programmes to agreed quality standards cost and timescale, which has improved performance and developed collective capability within the NHS/Public Sector or 3rd party Sectors.
