Description

The scheme comprises re-pointing and re-rendering with lime mortar to external walls and associated works including joinery repairs and painting of windows and overhauling metal rainwater goods. Numbers 9-18 Duke Street are owned by Tavistock Town Council and let as a mixture of commercial and residential tenancies. The buildings are Grade 2 listed. The project will be conducted into two phases, the first phase (Duke Street elevation) to be delivered within 6-months with an anticipated completion date of November 2017. The second phase (Pannier Market elevation) will most likely be delivered early 2018.
