Undertaking the formal Red Book Valuations of Homes England assets for a five year period, incorporating the 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27 valuation exercises. Services include producing asset valuation reports, attendance at progress meetings, briefings and co-operation with audit.
