Description

Social Security Scotland has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of a Debt Management System. The contract is for the provision, implementation, support and continuous improvement of a strategic Debt Case Management System. The system must support the end‑to‑end debt lifecycle. Lot 1: It is intended that this will be a open procedure to procure a Debt Management System. Stages in the procurement are: 1. Prior Information Notice issued. 2. Contract Notice/ Call for Competition 3. Invitation to Tender 4. Contract Award Additional information: 72 month initial period includes a 12 month implementation period, with the service to start in month 13 of the contract.
