Telecom Services (Fixed landline services, mobile telecoms, mobile data, mobile hardware and a flexible billing platform)

Description

St Helens Chamber are seeking a provider of fixed landline services, mobile telecoms, mobile data, mobile hardware and a flexible billing platform to suit our needs. Our chosen provider must be able to provide all services listed. This contract is to work alongside St Helens Chamber to provide Telecoms services for two years with the possibility of a further extension. St Helens Chamber Currently have approximately 80 mobile phone connections with both voice and data, a range of devices that require data only connections (IPad’s and data dongles). We also have approximately 250 fixed voice connections but this is very prone to change dependant on staff numbers and business centre occupancy. Presently we are not interested in hosted / cloud based solutions for fixed lines as we are invested in our own hardware.
