To form part of our response to mould and condensation within our tenant’s properties Connexus are seeking a Contractor to work with us to provide Mould and Condensation Services as described in our Invitation to Tender documentation. Lot 1: Mould and Condensation Services for Connexus Homes Ltd across Shropshire The aim of this tender is to appoint one or two contractors to work with Connexus to manage mould and condensation issues within our properties. Services required include carrying out an initial survey of the property and providing a report to Connexus, followed by remedial works, including installation of data logging fans and Positive Input Ventilation (PIV’s), cowls, mould washing, mould treatment and painting with anti-mould paint. Additional information: This tender is split into two lots. Both lots will be assessed separately. Tenderers can bid for one or both lots and can be awarded Lot 1, Lot 2 or both.
