Archive depot service for Asker Municipality. Concerns both physical and electronic archives. Objective and scope of the procurement The contest is for the provision of archive depot services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for archive depot services. This includes the storage and handling of physically and electronic archive material. The contracting authority would like to co-locate completed physical archives and electronic archives with one tenderer. Lot 1: Archive depot service for Asker Municipality. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for archive depot services. This includes the storage and handling of physically and electronic archive material. The contracting authority would like to co-locate completed physical archives and electronic archives with one tenderer. There will be growth in the contract period. Full details are in the requirement specifications. Options. It is uncertain, and possibly to what scope, Asker Municipality will digitalise archive material in the coming years. The contracting authority would therefore like an option for the digitalisation of material worthy of archiving, as well as the destruction of physical archive material. In addition the contracting authority would like an option for organising and cataloguing, even if the main rule is that the archive creators organise and catalogue themselves.
