Description

Coast and Country Housing and Yorkshire Coast Homes have commenced a process of co-operation with a view to a potential merger of the two organisations. Work is currently progressing on the development of a joint outline business case / business plan. This work has involved an initial review of both organisations' current funding arrangements and treasury management policies and the identification of high level funding options for a potential combined organisation. We are now looking to work with a specialist treasury/funding adviser who will work alongside our legal advisers on, but not exclusively restricted to, the following: •Identification of preferred corporate structures for the combined organisation; •Design of individual lender strategies. •Meetings with current and potential lenders / investors. •Management of proposals from and negotiations with current and potential lenders / investors. •Obtaining appropriate lender consents •Restatement, where required, of loan facility agreements. •Management of security arrangements.
