Lot D: IT services: — hosting, — application maintenance, — application evolution and development, — Web design. Lot E: monitoring services: — monitoring, KPIs and JIRA support, — Web statistics and search engine optimisation, — testing of software and CIP support, — ad hoc audits and advice.
