All Saints Catholic College is an Outstanding co-educational Roman Catholic secondary school located in North Kensington, London. The school serves students aged 11 to 16 and is part of the Diocese of Westminster. All Saints is committed to providing a high-quality, inclusive, and caring learning environment where every student is supported to achieve their full potential. The tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of cleaning services within the existing school facilities. The school currently has approximately 850 students on roll and around 120 teaching and support staff. This number is due to rise to 880 students from September 2025 onwards. The school is going through an exciting period of extension with a whole new block being built, due for completion in September 2025. The contract being tendered is for a three-year duration from 1st November 2025 to 31st October 2028, and will operate as a Fixed Price Contract, with the successful Contractor offering the school a guaranteed return / cost per annum for the provision of cleaning services. The school year is based on a calendar of 195 days, of which five days are designated for staff professional development, meaning that students attend for the statutory 190 school days. The contract offered will cover the full scope of cleaning services within the school. This will include, but is not limited to: •General daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, and communal areas •Periodic deep cleaning during school holidays •Event-related cleaning (e.g., parent evenings, school events) •Maintenance of hygiene standards in line with relevant health and safety and safeguarding requirements Site Details: The cleaning provision will cover an internal area of approximately XXX square metres, across four levels: ground, first, second and third floors. [Building plans are available and will be appended to the tender pack.] Whilst the School prioritises value for money as a key objective of the competitive tender process, the Governing Body is not obliged to accept the lowest price. The current contract value is: 2024/25: £103,488 excl. VAT All Saints Catholic College expects the successful contractor to enable the continued development and enhancement of cleaning services.
