The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Olchfa School located in Swansea, Wales. The value of the contract is approximately £293,000 per annum. Olchfa School is a large, oversubscribed and busy 11-18 mixed comprehensive school situated in the west of Swansea. There are 1,900 pupils on roll, including 457 in the sixth form. The school has a swimming pool, 3G pitch, multi-gym, sports halls and performance theatre that it makes available for hire by the community in the evenings and on weekends. It has a specialist teaching facility on site catering for pupils with moderate learning needs. Just over 12% of pupils are eligible for free school meals, which is well below the national average and just under 15% of pupils live in the 20% most deprived areas in Wales. The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1st January 2026 and concluding on 31st December 2028 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis offering a fixed annual subsidy to the school. There will be the option to extend the contract for a further term further term of two years, plus one year.
