Description

The Housing Agency has two separate activities which each require Asset Security and Maintenance Services. The first activity is the acquisition of vacant properties and will require ‘Keyholding - Property Management Services’. The Housing Agency is tasked to acquire suitable properties nationwide for social and other housing and to assist with the provision of emergency accommodation. On occasion the Housing Agency does not have an end user confirmed when an acquisition completes. In these circumstances the Housing Agency requires keyholding and property management services on a nationwide basis. Additionally, The Housing Agency currently holds 76 sites in its ownership located in nineteen counties. These sites were transferred into Agency’s ownership under the terms of the Land Aggregation Scheme (LAGS) and from former National Building Agency and are managed by the Housing Agency. This area will require ‘Land Management Services’. There are a number of sites which are currently at various stages of development and these will transfer to the relevant local authority or Approved Housing Body in due course. However, there are also sites located outside towns or in small rural villages which may not be economically viable for housing development for some time or have been re-zoned. Lands which are currently vacant and not undergoing development are located nationwide and it is these sites which will require Land Management Services. Lot 235416: Asset Security and Maintenance Services Lot 1 will reflect the boundaries of the province of Leinster and services will be required in the Adminstrative areas of the following County and City Councils: Carlow, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown, Fingal, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, South Dublin, Westmeath, Wicklow, Wexford and Dublin City The Contracting Authority will appoint one Service Provider for each Lot. A Services Provider can apply for more than 1 Lot where it can clearly demonstrate to the Contracting Authority that it has sufficient resources to complete the work in this Request for Tender. The Contracting Authority will award each lot to the highest ranked tenderer and tenderers are advised to submit a separate response and pricing schedule for each lot applied for. Lot 235418: Asset Security and Maintenance Services Lot 2 will reflect the boundaries of the province of Munster and services will be required in the Administrative areas of the following County and City Councils: Clare, Cork County, Kerry, Limerick City and County, Tipperary, Cork City and Waterford City and CountyThe Contracting Authority will appoint one Service Provider for each Lot. A Services Provider can apply for more than 1 Lot where it can clearly demonstrate to the Contracting Authority that it has sufficient resources to complete the work in this Request for Tender. The Contracting Authority will award each lot to the highest ranked tenderer and tenderers are advised to submit a separate response and pricing schedule for each lot applied for. Lot 235419: Asset Security and Maintenance Services Lot 3 will reflect the boundaries of the province of Connaught and Ulster and services will be required in the Administrative areas of the following County and City councils: Galway County, Galway City, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Donegal, Monaghan and Cavan. NOTE: There is currently no need for services in the areas of Donegal, Monaghan and Cavan but its envisaged that services may be required over the lifetime of this contract.The Contracting Authority will appoint one Service Provider for each Lot. A Services Provider can apply for more than 1 Lot where it can clearly demonstrate to the Contracting Authority that it has sufficient resources to complete the work in this Request for Tender. The Contracting Authority will award each lot to the highest ranked tenderer and tenderers are advised to submit a separate response and pricing schedule for each lot applied for.
