Description

The Housing Agency (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the appointment to a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: The Valuation Services Provider(s) of Lots 1-5 should provide Valuations as requested by the Housing Agency at different stages of delivery of new build apartment developments in the 5 National Planning Framework cities (Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford). This public procurement competition will be divided into 5 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in separate framework agreements (each a “Framework Agreement”). Introduction: Lots 1 to 5 requires Valuation Services conducted by qualified Property Valuer(s) on behalf of the Housing Agency, in support of its role of Contracting Authority for the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) scheme. The Croí Cónaithe (Cities) scheme supports the building of apartments in the 5 National Planning Framework cities for sale to owner-occupiers. The scheme aims to bridge the current “Viability Gap” between the cost of building apartments and the market sale price to owner occupiers (where the cost of building is greater). The Valuations Services will be required for assessing and valuing new build apartments at different stages of development including pre-construction as well as after completion.
