Description

Provision of specialist Executive Search and Recruitment Services for Velindre University NHS Trust to support the recruitment of key Executive leadership positions, including the Executive Director of Workforce & Organisational Development, Director of Corporate Governance and Director of Nursing. The appointed supplier will provide a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service, including executive search, candidate attraction, assessment, due diligence, psychometric testing (where required) and onboarding support to ensure the successful appointment of suitably qualified Executive leaders. Lot 1: The contract was awarded via a compliant public sector framework agreement which provides recruitment and executive search services. The appointed supplier will deliver a comprehensive executive recruitment campaign on behalf of Velindre University NHS Trust, including candidate attraction, executive search, assessment, stakeholder engagement, interview support, and appointment management for senior leadership positions. The award was made through a direct award mechanism in accordance with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement, with no further competition required. The Trust determined that the selected supplier offered the most appropriate solution to meet its recruitment requirements and represented value for money.
