The William Vincent Wallace Plaza is a public waterfront space located on the quayside of the River Suir in Waterford City. Built as a Millenium Project, the plaza opened in 2001 and has served as a public plaza and performance area as well as a viewing point along the River Suir. After 25 years of use the plaza WCCC are wishing to refurbish the plaza.
