The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for independent inspections of fixed sports related equipment. The intention of the framework agreement is to carry out annual safety and condition assessments, to ensure that equipment is in accordance with the regulations and to eliminate risk, so that the equipment is always satisfactory and safe.
