Stevenage Borough Council has ambitious plans to build over 500 units over 10 years, and the Kenilworth development forms a key part of this aim. The Council aims to provide a mixed development sites including homes for social/affordable rent as well as homes for private sale. Part of this development will be a new independent living scheme, which the Council wishes to use as a benchmark for this type of development in the future.
