The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) intends to run a competitive procurement process on behalf of the Irish Coast Guard (IRCG) for Search and Rescue Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) and Inshore Rescue Soft Inflatable Boats (SIBs) during 2024 . This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks, or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies. As part of the process, the OGP/IRCG wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to provide RHIBs and SIBs. The IRCG/OGP is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research.
