LUPC Provision of Insurance Services (excluding Broking Services)

Description

London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is undertaking this tendering process in accordance with the Open Procedure requirements of PCR2015 for and on behalf of the Insurance Group (IG), a group of around 35 participating institutions, principally made up of members of LUPC (https://www.lupc.ac.uk/members/our-members) together with a number of SUPC institutions (http://www.supc.ac.uk/our-members/) and one NWUPC institution (https://www.nwupc.ac.uk/ourmembers). It is also possible that at some point within the lifetime of the agreement it may be used by Members (full and associate) of the NEUPC (http://www.neupc.ac.uk/who-are-ourmembers). The appointed provider(s) will commence service 1 August 2022 and arrange the provision of a wide range of insurance services across 16 Lots (plus sub-Lots) on behalf of the IG. The initial length of this non-framework contract is three years with the option to extend two further years subject to satisfactory performance. Lot 1: Property Purchase of Material Damage, Business Interruption, Money, All Risks insurance Services for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services). Additional information: Lot 1 also includes the provision to individually award on either a full or sub-Lot basis (Lots 1a, b and c), which are determined by the participating insurance group members. Lot 2: Computer Purchase of Computer Insurance Services for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services). Lot 3: Contract Works Purchase of Property Insurance Services (CAR) for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services). Lot 4: Combined Liability Purchase of Employers Liability, Public Liability, Products Liability, Hirers Liability insurance Services for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services). Lot 5: Excess Liability Purchase of Excess Employers, Public and Products Liability Insurance Services for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services). Lot 6: Management Liability Purchase of Directors & Officers, Officials Indemnity Insurance Services for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services). Lot 7: Professional Indemnity Purchase of Professional Indemnity insurance Services for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (excluding Insurance Broking Services).
