Description

This contract is for the provision of estates cleaning and grounds maintenance services to asra properties. In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, asra have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all asra schemes included within this contract, across all geographic areas. The provision of Estate Cleaning Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future asra properties located within the Leicestershire area. The provision of Estate Cleaning Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future asra properties located within the Nottingham, Lincolnshire & Derbyshire area. The provision of Estate Cleaning Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future asra properties located within the Northants area. The provision of Estate Cleaning Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future asra properties located within the North London area. The provision of Estate Cleaning Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future asra properties located within the South London area. The provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future asra properties located within the Leicestershire area.
