Description
The main purpose of the service is to enable victims of crime or anti-social behaviour to cope with and recover from his or her experience of crime or anti-social behaviour. There will be 2 lots for this procurement: — lot 1: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour aged 18 or over the age of 18. (Maximum total budget is 600 000 GBP), — lot 2: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour under the age of 18. (Maximum total budget is 300 000 GBP). The intention is that the same service will be provided in respect of each lot. Lot 1: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour aged 18 or over the age of 18. (Max total budget avail: 600 000 GBP). Lot 2: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour under the age of 18. The intention is that the same service will be provided in respect of each lot. (Max total budget avail: 300 000 GBP). The 4 fundamental purposes of the support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour that the successful tenderer is to fulfill are: 1) The successful tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Wiltshire and Swindon; 2) The successful tenderer shall work with the customer to develop further the infrastructure to support victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Wiltshire and Swindon; 3) The successful tenderer shall provide feedback from victims of crime and anti-social behaviour on their experience of crime or anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system; 4) The successful tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 3 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan which is to put victims, witnesses, and communities at the heart of everything we do.
