Provision of IVF Media consumables

Description

Jessop Fertility is a service that provides assisted reproductive technology (ART) for NHS and self-funding patients. Treatments provided include: in vitro fertilisation (IVF); intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI); frozen embryo replacement (FER); intrauterine insemination (IUI); embryo biopsy and pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT); donor sperm, eggs and embryos.<br/><br/>The service provides treatment to patients from South Yorkshire and the Humber, North Derbyshire and other surrounding areas. The service target is to provide up to 700 IVF/ICSI, 400 FER and 200 IUI cycles per year.<br/><br/>Jessop Fertility must use a culture media suite capable of supporting all laboratory processes associated with the treatments listed above. To comply with UK regulation, the suite must be CE or UKCA marked as a classification suitable for their intended purpose, i.e. for human clinical IVF. Lot 1: Lot 1 - IVF Media The IVF Media suite must be CE or UKCA marked as a classification suitable for their intended purpose, i.e. for human clinical IVF. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Embryo Transfer Media Media should be supplied containing human serum albumin or an appropriate recombinant albumin where appropriate. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Cryo-preservation Supply of products designed to simplify vitrification and freezing Lot 4: Lot 4 - Glassware and Plasticware Supply of CE or UKCA marked glassware or plasticware to maintain the safety and efficacy of the IVF process.
