Framework agreement for transport services

Description

Harstad Municipality intends to enter into: - a fixed contract with a tenderer for transporting pupils to swimming lessons - a fixed contract with a tenderer for transporting pupils who do not use the before-and-after-school care offer at Sørvik School, as well as - parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers for booked transport for the municipality's users. Lot 1: Fixed return transport of pupils from the school - Grottebadet for swimming lessons. Fixed return transport of pupils from the school - Grottebadet for swimming lessons on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Lot 2: School transport Sørvik School. There is a need to continue and establish transport for pupils in the 1st to 4th years who do not use the before-and-after-school care offer at Sørvik School. Lot 3: Booked transport. Direct bookings from the entities when required. Examples of this are day trips/sports days, performances in the Arts Centre, etc. Individual bookings are to be understood as groups of residents/users, classes of approx. 30 pupils, or several classes from different schools. Each school year has approx. 250- 340 pupils in total. Several school years can need simultaneous transport to an activity. In addition, this category can include a need to establish individual routes for transporting school pupils who cannot use scheduled transport.
