Framework agreement for technical advisory services, modification, repair and overhaul

Description

The purpose of this procurement is to bring Norske tog's purchase of technical advisory services and modifications, repairs and overhauls within several specialist areas together. The framework agreements will ensure Norske tog rapid access to capacity and specialized expertise within A) technical advisory services and B) modification, repair and overhaul for the entire train fleet. The agreements will facilitate long-term and developing cooperation between Norske tog and the supplier. Through this competition, Norske tog AS will enter into parallel framework agreements to cover the need for technical advisory services within 40 different specialized areas of expertise (Table 1) and 16 different specialized areas of modification, repair and overhaul (Table 2). Requirements and description for all services are described in Exhibit A Scope of work.
