18/1318 STEM Starts Programme Co-Location and Collaborative Service Delivery Opportunities

Moray Council is seeking to engage with organisations that may be able to support delivery of the STEM Starts Programme through: - Provision of co-location opportunities or use of premises to support early years STEM delivery. - Supporting the expansion of the STEM Starts delivery network, including potential collaboration with satellite sites and outreach activity across Moray. - Provision of specialist STEM learning experiences suitable for children aged 3–8, using play-based, creative or project-based approaches. - Opportunities to support outdoor and environmental STEM learning, aligned with the development of the programme’s outdoor education facility. Moray Council welcomes early engagement with organisations interested in exploring opportunities for collaboration or co-location within the STEM Starts delivery network. Interested organisations are encouraged to submit to the postbox by 25 May 12 noon brief information outlining: - Available premises or facilities suitable for programme co-location or ad-hoc events. - Services or programmes that could complement early years STEM delivery - Potential partnership models or collaboration proposals Moray Council may arrange supplier engagement discussions or information sessions with interested organisations to explore potential opportunities further.
