Argyll Countryside Trust (ACT), on behalf of the Argyll and Bute Climate Action Network (ABCAN) and in partnership with the Argyll and Bute Community Planning Partnership (CPP), invites quotations for the provision of short-term consultancy support to deliver a high-level regional climate change risk and opportunity assessment for the local authority area of Argyll and Bute. Lot 1: Argyll Countryside Trust (ACT), on behalf of the Argyll and Bute Climate Action Network (ABCAN) and in partnership with the Argyll and Bute Community Planning Partnership (CPP), invites quotations for the provision of short-term consultancy support to deliver a high-level regional climate change risk and opportunity assessment for the local authority area of Argyll and Bute. This commission will support the development of a Climate Ready Region for Argyll and Bute, building on existing partnership activity, including ABCAN’s community-led work and the CPP Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan. The assessment will provide a robust, evidence-based overview of climate risks and opportunities across Argyll and Bute from the present day to the 2080s. It will draw on climate projections, existing data, stakeholder insight, and lived experience to identify current and emerging impacts and inform regional priorities for action.
