The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of: o Halal HMC Certification (Unstunned) Meat Fresh, Frozen, Halal HMC Certification (Unstunned) Processed Meat Products and Non-Halal Related Products. o To cover the West Midlands Area in the Geographic Region o Daily delivered of Halal HMC Certification (Unstunned) Meat Fresh, Frozen, Halal HMC Certification (Unstunned) Processed Meat Products and Non-Halal Related Products. o Can be used by other contracting authorities across the West Midlands. The Framework Agreement will last for three (3) years with an option to extend for further 12 months extension (unless terminated under agreement provisions).
