This is a Prior Information Notice to set up a framework to procure consultants for all stages for the development of all-weather pitches South Dublin County Council are considering tendering for the formation of a framework to procure consultant services for all stages for the development of all-weather pitches Any documents contained within the Prior Information Notice are indicative only and may be subject to change prior to the formal release of the tender. This tender will be for a Fixed Price lump sum. Once formed the framework may be made available for use to Fingal County Council, Dublin City Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council
