Concession Contract for the Provision of Catering Services at Paisley Town Hall

OneRen has a requirement to appoint a Catering Concession to occupy Lucille’s restaurant and bar within the Paisley Town Hall. As part of the development process for the procurement approach, OneRen is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in this Prior Information Notice (PIN). Market consultation is an important part of the procurement process and gives us an opportunity to consider your specialist opinion and expertise. The services to be provided will include the full provision of food, drinks, and service for the purpose-built café bar space, catering kitchens, and pop-up spaces. Paisley Town Hall hours of opening are currently dependent on the programme of scheduled events. As a performance venue, Paisley Town Hall has the flexibility to develop a programme and subsequently opening hours to meet the needs of customers and the business.
