Description

Cwmpas wishes to engage in a three-year strategic partnership with the selected ICT support supplier. Cwmpas currently employs approximately 103 staff and some 3rd party consultants who work on our behalf and occasionally access our systems. We are seeking an experienced and innovative supplier to invest in, develop and provide a range of ICT support services through a strategic partnering arrangement, based on using an external ICT support provider to complement Cwmpas’ ICT Manager. In addition, the strategic partner is expected to apply its experience of using innovative ICT services to enable the achievement of strategic goals, including service improvements and cost savings. The principal outputs of the ICT Service Contract will be to maintain and improve relevance, costs, effectiveness, and resilience of the ICT services.
