Description

The works comprise various roof repairs to a 3-storey Grade II listed building containing 12 No flats including the complete renewal of parapet gutters and overhaul of rainwater goods. In order to work on the parapet gutters the existing parapet wall will need to be taken down to gain access to the gutter lining and rebuilt on completion of the works. The Contractor is requested to go to the below electronic procurement portal where they will need to register their company details to access quote documents. http://in-tendhost.co.uk/unitedcommunities
