BBV HS2 MWCC North - Project Wide Utilities Works

Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) have been awarded HS2 main works civils contracts for the Area North project in the West Midlands. Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking interest from small and medium sized multi-utility contractors to be added to the approved tenderers list for an initial pipeline of 10 no. utility diversion packages across the Area North project footprint (Lichfield to Kenilworth via Birmingham) during 2026/2027. These works will consist of power, water, gas and telecoms diversions typically in highways, verges, agricultural land and unmade surfaces with an initial estimated value of £2m across 10 packages. Full details and specifications will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers should be aware of the scale of this project and should assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works, prior to completing this expression of interest (EOI).
