The Department seeks submissions from organisations with interests in providing a range of technical advice and design; on construction, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, risk assessment, fire safety assessment, fire engineering, chartered building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, due diligence for property acquisition, architectural services and relevant health and safety areas, at sites where Ireland currently operates embassies / missions and in options for future locations. The Department envisages an arrangement whereby it can put together a range of service providers to draw from when planning international projects. Providers should have the capacity to meet current Irish standard in design construction with regard to Irish building regulations and health and safety standards. A Irish based business presence will be an essential. This process is an initial review of market availability.Following this market review the Department plans to initiate a procurement procedure over the coming months for the listed professional services. The Department intends to accept outline submissions from companies / organisations with interests in providing a range of technical advice and design; on construction, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, risk assessment, fire safety assessment, fire engineering, chartered building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, due diligence for property acquisition, architectural services and all relevant health and safety areas, at sites where the Ireland currently operates missions and in options for future locations.
