The Riverside Group Planned Works Framework 2025-2029

Description

The Riverside Group Requires Contractors to deliver the following work streams which are split into regional lots:Kitchens and BathroomsWindows and DoorsCyclical Decorations RoofingBidders can apply for all Lots however please note the Bidding Strategy set out in Document A - ITT Instructions. Lot 2A: Windows and Doors-North West England (LCR, Manchester & Cumbria) This framework lot is for the delivery of planned works for windows and door installation to TRG properties across North West England (LCR, Manchester & Cumbria). Additional information: TRG intend to appoint a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 bidders for this Lot. Lot 2B: Windows and Doors-North East England (N&G and Hull) This framework lot is for the delivery of planned works for windows and door installation to TRG properties across North East England (N&G and Hull). Additional information: TRG intend to appoint a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 bidders for this Lot. Lot 2C: Windows and Doors- South East England This framework lot is for the delivery of planned works for windows and door installation to TRG properties across South East England. Additional information: TRG intend to appoint a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 bidders for this Lot. Lot 2D: Windows and Doors- Midlands and South West England This framework lot is for the delivery of planned works for windows and door installation to TRG properties across the Midlands and South West England. Lot 2E: Windows and Doors- London This framework lot is for the delivery of planned works for windows and door installation to TRG properties across Lodnon. Lot 3B: Cyclical Decorations- South of England This Framework lot is for the delivery of cyclical decorating works across the South of England. Lot 4A: Roofing- North West England (LCR, Manchester and Cumbria) This Framework lot is for the delivery of Roofing works to TRG properties across North West England (Liverpool, Manchester and Cumbria). Additional information: TRG intend to appoint a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 bidders for this Lot. Lot 4B: Roofing- North East England and Yorkshire This Framework lot is for the delivery of Roofing works to TRG properties across North East England and Yorkshire.
