Construction materials and associated items

Description

The competition is for a contract for the delivery of construction materials, wood, hand tools, ironware, fittings and fastening materials, painting products and equipment and materials for technical operations. The contract only includes products, no trade services are included with the delivery. The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for the necessary equipment and material for carrying out work itself for operations, alterations, service and maintenance and minor renovation work. The contract value is estimated to be 4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent services for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. The Contracting Authority has Framework Agreements for electrical services, masonry work and plumbing work. Materials provided by the contractors for these contracts is not included in this competition, unless the contracting authority decides otherwise. This will also apply for future competitions for such services. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use this Framework Agreement for individual projects worth more than 200 000 NOK excluding VAT. See Part 2, the requirement specifications for further information. Lots and alternative tenders: Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
