Description

The Net Zero Industry Innovation Centre project is receiving up to £6.3m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is the Managing Authority for European Regional Development Fund. The Clerk of Works is required to act as an inspector for the Client (Teesside University) and Employer's Agent to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the Building Contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
