MHA Limited, through a competitive tender wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified contractor to carry out the following works to MHA properties within the PN 20 – 21 - 13 The Haven: Roofing and EWI contract property list. Works to include: Roofing: Scaffolding, Re-locate & re-instate satellite dish / aerials, Shut down boilers during works, Removal of asbestos, Renewal of Roof coverings including tiles, felt and batten, Demolish parapet walls to stair blocks, Extend all Eaves and Gables, Renewal of rainwater goods, Renewal all soffits, fascia’s and barge boards, Renewal of leadwork detail to high level verge, Leadwork to valleys, Insulation top up to eaves/cavity, resident liaison and associated enabling and re-instatement works. EWI and Cladding: Scaffolding, External Wall Insulation Works, Brick slips, Cedral Weatherboard cladding, Painting to lower plinths, Minor concrete repairs, remedial wall tie works, cavity wall extraction, Renew Windows to Communal Stores Only and include additional cavity wall structure to suit new window width, Including all necessary enabling works and re-instatement works and Tenant liaison.
