Description
South Derbyshire District Council (SDDC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced skatepark designers and installers for the refurbishment and improvement of the existing skatepark at Woodhouse Recreation Ground, Common Road, Swadlincote, DE11 8EG. The project forms part of SDDC’s wider objectives for inclusive, modern, and community-driven recreational spaces. The Council intends to use a Standard JCT (2024 Edition) Design & Build Works Contract. The appointed supplier will be required to prepare the draft contract and any proposed additional clauses and amendments for review and approval by the Council's legal team.
