Description
Turnkey contract that includes the detailed engineering design and erection of a new school building with an integrated sports hall of approx. 1 012 m2, canteen with kitchen and teaching areas. Gross area approx. 3 950 m2 including the sports hall. There will also be some outdoor work by the building in the form of footpaths, superstructure over footpaths etc. There are strict requirements for the execution of building and construction works in order to avoid injuries and accidents amongst the pupils and employees in the school, which will be in operation, and in order to reduce operational disturbances to teaching.
