An invitation is extended to apply for participation in a dynamic purchasing t for consultant assignments in planning and development — projects and processes for Ruter AS. The purpose of the system is to solve the need for assistance carrying out specific studies, projects or processes of varying nature and scope. Possible assignments: • prepare feasibility studies and carry out analyses; • selection of transport solutions, including detailed analysis of how the traffic offer in an area should be developed; • route, stop, base and hub studies for bus, tram, underground railway and boat. Physical planning of transport solutions and associated facilities; • formal studies of various types: (a) concept selection studies (KVU); (b) preliminary project as a basis for investment decisions; (c) planning program; — impact assessments; — zoning plans; (a) building applications; (b) sign and marking plan; • develop strategic plans for development of traffic offer; • implement participation processes and activities in development of the traffic offer. Examples of topics are accessibility, availability, transport, environment and safety. The analyses will i.a. Include calculation of investments and operational costs, benefit/cost calculations and socio-economic consequences. Ruter has a particular need to develop better socio-economic models to highlight the benefits of public transport. This applies to both simplified overall considerations and more detailed analyses. • selection of transport solutions, including detailed analysis of how the traffic offer in an area should be developed. Evaluation and/or calculation of changed traffic use of different alternatives compared with current offers or other methods to highlight customer consequences; • route, stop, base and hub studies for bus, tram, underground railway and boat. Based on market and customer insights, perform analysis for the desired development or future scenarios in the long term and more specific proposals for measures or packages of measures in the short term.
