Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) – Main Contractor for Hyde Park Community Sports Centre, Dalkey, Co. Dublin – PW-CF1 (Restricted Procedure – Stage 1)

Description

Cuala GAA, as the Contracting Authority, is seeking submissions under a Restricted Procedure for the appointment of a Works Contractor to deliver the Hyde Park Community Sports Centre in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. This is Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement process and involves the submission of a completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) using QW1. Applicants who meet the minimum suitability criteria will be evaluated and ranked, and a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 applicants will be shortlisted and invited to tender at Stage 2, subject to receiving a sufficient number of eligible submissions. The project will be procured under the Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Employer (PW-CF1). The scope of works includes demolition, substructure, superstructure, and full fit-out of a new multi-sport community facility of circa 1,800 sq.m.
