Technical Resources for Requirements Specification and Procurement

Review and provision of technical advice on technical requirements specification of IT system for procurement Stage 1 - a supplier is required to provide technical expertise on a number of areas to enable completions of the non-functional requirements specificiation to ensure it is technically correct and appropriate for advertising as part of a managed procurement excercise. Stage 2 - Requires Funding Approval. Technically qualified resource(s) are required to apply appropriate knowledge and expertise throughout the procurement of a replacement IT system. This is likely to be a cloud=hosted system. As part of the activities to support the procurement, technical advice may be required during supplier days, responses to supplier questions will be required, skills and knowledge to analyse and score supplier responses on technical aspects and to enable all technical areas of the procurement to be supported alongside our own technical staff. The successful supplier will provide resource(s) to work alongside Commission staff to ensure all aspects of the procurement are supported from a technical perspective.
