RRSG0009 - Strategic Support for Rail Reform (Department for Transport)

Description

The Authority ("the Department for Transport", "DfT") is seeking to appoint a Potential Provider to provide specialist strategic consultancy support to the Department. There are several critical decisions required over the next 12months in order to be able to deliver Rail Reform Ministerial ambitions on time without an unacceptable level of risk. This support will aid the Department's decision making on outstanding reform questions for 'Day One' of Great British Railways (GBR), support delivery in accordance with the existing critical path, including associated merger activity. Additionally, this will help inform the medium and long-term delivery plan, in order to enable the realisation of planned merger and portfolio benefits (synergies) across Rail Reform.
