Description
Vestfold og Telemark County would like to enter into a contract for the delivery and operation of a town bicycle scheme in the Grenland region. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for electric town bicycles, and it will involve the delivery of town bicycles and the operation of them. See Annex A Delivery Description for further information on the service.
