Vestfold and Telemark county municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding the commencement of a framework agreement for transport services by taxi and minibus in Telemark for the transport of school students and other travellers along flexi routes. The contract period is 3+1 year option. The tender contest is divided into 17 contract areas that follow the current borders of the municipality. The county municipality intends to enter into one or more framework agreements per contract area. The tender contest is open for all transporters that meet the requirements given in the tender documentation, such as taxi centrals, residential taxi licence holders and touring vehicle licence holders. The framework agreements that commenced after the tender contest "2023 Taxi and minibus transport services in Telemark - framework agreement" will replace the current framework agreement(s) that expire 31.07.2023 for the same contract areas. Lot 1: Bamble Together with the use of regular bus services and school buses, transport services against the framework agreements will ensure that the contracting authority's needs are met in connection with statutory school transport and school transport that the contracting authority organises upon request from the applicable municipalities at any given time.
