Consultancy Services for the Energy Sector

Description

The European Investment Bank aims at establishing framework agreements with specialised service providers in the energy sector throughout its countries of operations, to provide support to its project cycle activities at any stage (e.g., appraisal, monitoring). In terms of technical scope, in the energy sector the assistance may cover the following sub-sectors: energy supply, enabling infrastructure, energy efficiency, innovation and new types of energy infrastructure. In terms of type of activities required, the support may include project assessment support, project preparation support, project procurement support, project implementation support, project monitoring and verification, horizontal studies and advisory support, capacity building, knowledge creation and dissemination.
