This contract is for Residential Substance Misuse Services and is divided into two Lots: • Tier 4 In-patient Detoxification Residential Services • Residential Rehabilitation from Substance Misuse The Council is seeking multiple providers that can provide either or both of the above named services. This is a flexible open agreement where, at any time, any Provider that meets the required standards in the Selection Questionnaire can be awarded a contract. This procurement is issued under Direct Award Process B in line with the new Provider Selection Regime.
