Market Engagement Event for the Provision of Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service

This tender is for the provision of Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS). The IHCAS empowers and supports clients, their family, carer or representative to go through the complaints procedures for complaint or grievance related to any aspect of care or treatment they received from NHS funded services and to assist them in finding a resolution. The Council will be running a market engagement event to inform suppliers of the upcoming opportunity. The event is scheduled for 6 October 2026 will begin at 10.30am and be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Suppliers interested in attending the market engagement should express an interest in the opportunity to be sent a message from the Council requesting information on attendees. Please express an interest no later than 5pm, 5 October 2026 in order to receive the invitation link via the messaging facility on the London Tenders Portal.
