The Houses of the Oireachtas Service and the Office of the Attorney General (HOS/OAG) intend to engage in a joint procurement process for the supply, implementation and support of a software system for authoring, amending and publishing legislation. As part of the process, the HOS/OAG is issuing this Request for Information and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This consultation with the market is to determine the nature and capabilities of a system for the authoring, amending and publishing of legislation. It is envisaged that the feedback garnered as part of this consultation will inform the proposed approach that the HOS/OAG will take in tendering for this software. This consultation seeks information from interested parties as to the software of this nature that is available, and the capability of vendors to implement this software in the HOS/OAG.
