PMC for Framework Agreement for the supply of Legal Services

Description

This is a Request for Information / Market Survey for all Legal Practitioners. The OGP intends to run a competitive procurement process for the provision of Legal Services. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks, or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies. As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to supply of legal services to the Irish Public Sector. The OGP is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) and invites responses from all legal practitioners including all practising Solicitors / Solicitor firms and Barristers for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the provision of legal services. It is not a call for competition.
